HabitRx ("we," "our," or "us") is an educational platform operated by Dr. Adarsh K. Gupta, DO, MS, providing behavioral education and habit-change systems. Our website is habitrx.app. You can reach us at support@habitrx.app.
2. Information We Collect
When you purchase a Custom Habit Plan, we collect the information you provide in the intake form:
- Name and email address
- Description of the habit you want to change
- Context about triggers, past attempts, and goals
- Preferred plan timeline
We do not collect payment card information directly. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (see Section 4).
We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) automatically when you visit our site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Create and deliver your personalized TCAR habit protocol
- Process your payment via Stripe
- Send you your completed plan and any follow-up educational content
- Respond to support requests
- Improve our educational content and services
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you click "Continue to Payment," you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
Supabase: Your intake form data is stored securely in Supabase-managed databases hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States.
5. Data Retention
We retain your intake information for up to 2 years to fulfill your plan, handle refund requests, and improve our educational content. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@habitrx.app.
6. Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data to third parties.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@habitrx.app. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
HabitRx is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
