1. About HabitRx
HabitRx ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Dr. Adarsh K. Gupta, DO, MS. We provide educational content and behavioral habit-change systems — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By using HabitRx, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Not Medical Advice
IMPORTANT: HabitRx is an educational platform only.
Nothing on this site or in any HabitRx deliverable constitutes medical advice, a clinical recommendation, diagnosis, or treatment. The TCAR framework and all related content are behavioral education tools based on published behavioral science research. They are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. If you have a medical condition, mental health concern, or are taking prescription medications, consult your physician before making lifestyle changes.
3. The Custom Habit Plan
For $79 (one-time payment), you receive a personalized TCAR habit protocol based on the intake information you provide. This deliverable is:
- An educational document tailored to your stated habit and goals
- Delivered digitally, typically within 24–48 hours of purchase
- Based on published behavioral science, not individualized clinical assessment
- For educational and self-improvement purposes only
Results vary. We make no guarantee that following the protocol will produce specific outcomes. Habit change requires personal effort and consistency.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Custom Habit Plan, email support@habitrx.app within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through Stripe.
5. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information in the intake form. The quality of your personalized plan depends on the accuracy of what you share. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete intake information.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on HabitRx — including the TCAR framework, educational materials, written content, and your custom plan — is the intellectual property of HabitRx / Dr. Adarsh K. Gupta. Your custom plan is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabitRx and Dr. Adarsh K. Gupta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any deliverable. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
8. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HabitRx after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
